These include 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions, Virtual/Online Personal Training, In-home Personal Training, Nutrition and Diet consulting, and Fitness and Postural Assessments. You can message me on the Contact Us page 24/7, and call during our open hours from 10:00AM to 8:00PM. The fitness consultation is always free and is a way for you to see if my personal training is for you. I prioritize your goals while still providing helpful and corrective training to ensure you stay injury free. To me, personal training is all about growing with someone through fitness, and building a relationship in which we can thrive and reach our goals together.
